Quick duplicate or 'Save As' setlist

Many shows on a tour feature the same set list, or additional shows are added. It would be great to simply duplicate shows without having to create a new entry manually.

    Yeah! Sort of like a copy and paste feature. Or a Export to xx/xx/xx show. Or Import from xx/xx/xx show.
