Process for reporting malicious edits and/or banning people
Maybe there is already a process for reporting malicious edits, and banning the people who make such edits. But if there is a process I am not aware of it.
Here is an example of some malicious edits made by someone called "nic":

We need a way to report people like this so their editing privileges can be revoked.
implemented and online, moderators got informed and got new tools

We definitely plan to implement such a process. I think the Wikipedia pages on Vandalism http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_vandalism and Blocking policy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Blocking_policy are good starting points. It's quite a bit of work on our side though, so don't expect it to be in place very soon. But please keep up adding suggestions on how this process.

Continuing what I was saying, I've had to revert the edits twice now. There really should be some way to prevent this from occuring.

This is sort of happening with one specifc Dir en grey concert, this one here: http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/dir-en-grey/2008/the-wiltern-los-angeles-ca-4bd6f74a.html
The person who originally posted it had majority of the songs in all caps, like they are listed on the album covers. Fine with me if you're doing your own archive, but it's hard to read and is not good on a site like this.

I haven't come across any spam, but whatever process we come up with could also be used spam.
Usually though, spam is easily detectable as spam. These malicious edits that I pointed out by "nic" could easily be mistaken for legitimate corrections.

Is it "only" about malicious edits or did you also come across spam and similar?
